Return and Refund Related Terms

Correct Pricing:

Every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing. In the event of a pricing error, correction will be made with confirmation sought from the customer. Unreachable customers will have their orders canceled due to pricing errors, and such orders will not be accepted.

 

Style and Accessories Variations:

While endeavors are made to align suits with provided images, variations in style and accessories may occur. Requests for refunds or returns based on personal preferences will not be accommodated.

 

Unstitched Suits:

Customers encountering issues with unstitched suits must report them via email within 7 days of delivery.

 

Photo-Shoot Elements:

Elements in brand photo-shoots are illustrative, and variations in cut, length, style, and embellishments may occur.

 

Faiza Saqlain and Agha Noor Pieces:

Cancellations are not possible once these pieces enter the production phase, and express shipping is not available for these brands.

 

Stitching Errors and Alterations:

In the event of measurement errors, where alterations can rectify the issue, responsibility will be taken and we will offer alterations on a case to case basis. Please note we will not cover any return postage that may occur. Sizing issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery. We will ask of photographic evidence to support your claims. 

 

Custom Stitched Pieces/Custom Sizes:

Custom stitched pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This specifically outlines pieces where the customer has changed the design deviating from the original image and/or given a custom size or custom style. Please note, we offer the option for custom sizing as a way to accomodate everyone possible, we do not charge an additional fee on top of our stitching to accommodate your own personal custom size, we therefore do not guarantee a 100% measurement match in any case. 

 

Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation or refund requests are not accommodated after the outfits are stitched and/or in transit.

 

Unstitched Sale Items/ Unstitched non Sale Items:

Eligible for exchanges within 14 days of receiving if faulty. Proof will have to be sent via email. 

 

No Return Policy for Ready-to-Wear Items:

Ready-to-wear items are non-returnable. It is advised to check sizing before ordering.

 

International Returns:

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return postage, regardless of the issue or reason for return. If the piece is not faulty, and the customer is merely returning due to personal reasons - return postage paid by the customer will not be refunded. Additionally, only the amount for the item will be refunded; the initial shipping cost paid by the customer for the item's shipment will not be refunded.

 

Color Variation Disclaimer:

A disclaimer throughout on our website outlines that colors for all outfits may vary due to several factors detailed in these terms and conditions. We will not accommodate return requests based on color variation complaints. Buyers are aware of the possibility of slight color variations, and no returns will be accepted on that basis.

 

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued in the form of credit notes. No amount will be refunded in monetary form.

Measurements:

All measurements provided are approximate. We don't claim to provide a 100% size match. Pieces are hand made, therefore please expect a 0.5-1 inch discrepancy in some cases. 

 

Colors and Designs:

Colors and designs on the website are as accurate as photographic images allow, considering individual screen settings.

 

Checking Designers' Social Media Pages:

It is recommended to check designers' social media pages for a better understanding before placing an order.

 

Suit Descriptions:

Descriptions are taken directly from the brands. We are not responsible for omissions or misprints.

For specific preferences, customers can contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate or the customer is advised to add them to the Notes section at checkout.

Terms and Conditions for Time-Sensitive and Urgent Orders:

Express Shipping:

For customers who require time-sensitive or urgent delivery of their orders by a specific date, we offer the option of express shipping. By selecting express shipping, customers acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

Delivery Timeframe:

Express shipping reduces the shipping time from the standard 4/5 weeks to approximately 2/3 weeks. Please note that while we make every effort to expedite the delivery of express shipments, the delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and can vary due to various factors, including logistics and unforeseen circumstances is not guaranteed to reach by a specific date or time as we do not hold any control over third party shipping companies. 

Non-Refundable Express Shipping:

Express shipping is non-refundable. Once the express shipping service is chosen and payment is made, the cost of express shipping cannot be refunded. We do however reserve the right to refund express shipping in certain cases which will be decided on a case to case basis. 

Third-Party Shipping Company or Courier Delays:

We work with reliable shipping companies and couriers to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping companies or couriers, regardless of the reason for the delay or occasion. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping company or courier, their performance and delivery timelines are beyond our control.

Upgrading to Express Shipping:

If a customer decides to upgrade a standard shipping order to express shipping at a later stage, the customer will be required to pay the express shipping charge in advance before the package can be shipped out. The additional cost of express shipping will be communicated to the customer, and the package will be dispatched upon receipt of the payment.

Waiving or Charging Express Shipping:

We reserve the right to waive off or charge express shipping at our own discretion. In certain circumstances, such as promotional offers or exceptional cases, we may offer express shipping free of charge. However, we are not obliged or legally bound to ship out standard shipping orders that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances with express shipping to make up for the delay. Each case will be evaluated individually, and the decision to offer expedited shipping free of charge will be made on a case-by-case basis.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they are aware of the production timeline and the potential consequences of cancelling an order that has already entered the production phase. They understand that a cancellation fee may be imposed if they choose to proceed with the cancellation under such circumstances.

If a cancellation fee is applicable, the remaining amount after deducting the fee will be refunded to the customer.
