EID 2026 – ORDER INFORMATION & FAQ
Important Notice – Previous Eid Orders
Orders placed after the Eid ul Fitr cut-off are currently being processed and will be delivered within 4–5 weeks after Eid.
This does not affect new Eid ul Adha orders.

1. What is the last date to place an order for Eid delivery?
- Stitched Orders & Pret (Ready-to-Wear): Order by 10th April (subject to availability)
- Unstitched Orders: Order by 1st May (subject to availability)
Orders placed after these deadlines are not guaranteed for Eid delivery.
2. What happens if I place my order after the deadline?
Orders placed after the stated cut-offs will be delivered 4–5 weeks after Eid.
This is strictly enforced. No exceptions.
3. What is a Priority Production Slot?
A Priority Production Slot is a paid upgrade that allows your order to be processed with priority handling within our production queue.
- Available until 15th April (limited slots only)
- Cost: £40 per order
- Covers up to 3 outfits per order
4. Do I need to select Express Shipping?
Yes.
All Eid orders must be placed with Express Shipping at checkout.
This ensures your order is shipped via the fastest available courier route.
Orders placed without Express Shipping will not be treated as Eid orders and will be processed within standard timelines (4–5 weeks after Eid).
This is strictly enforced. Please ensure Express Shipping is selected at checkout.
5. Does Priority Production Slot include faster shipping?
No.
- Priority Production Slot = faster production handling
- Shipping method = selected separately at checkout
6. How many outfits can I order for Eid delivery?
- A maximum of 2 outfits per order will be prioritised for Eid delivery
- Any additional items will be delivered after Eid
7. Can I place a large order and have everything prioritised?
No.
If your order exceeds 3 outfits:
- Only 2 will be prioritised
- Remaining items will follow standard timelines (post-Eid delivery)
8. Are Pret (ready-to-wear) orders included in Eid deadlines?
Yes.
Pret orders are subject to the 10th April deadline and are dependent on availability.
9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order
- After this window, orders are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended
10. Is Eid delivery guaranteed if I order before the deadline?
We aim to meet all timelines.
However, delivery is not guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including:
- courier delays
- customs processing
- international logistics disruptions
11. What if my order is delayed due to external factors?
Delays caused by:
- airspace restrictions
- customs
- courier issues
are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund
12. Can I place an urgent order after the deadline?
Only if:
- Priority Production Slots are still available
- AND your order is accepted
Otherwise, your order will be processed for post-Eid delivery
13. Will all orders remain open until the deadline?
Not necessarily.
Order capacity is limited and may close earlier once slots are filled.
