Eid Delivery Deadlines – Please Read Carefully

To ensure your outfit is delivered in time for Eid, please review the deadlines below before placing your order.
All timelines are based on stitching capacity, Ramadan schedules, and international shipping logistics.

Once an order is placed, it is processed according to the category it falls under.

UK Orders

Pret / Luxury Pret (Ready-to-Wear)
• Order by 2nd February
• Limited availability
• No express shipping available
• Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed for Eid

Stitched Orders (from unstitched collections)

Standard Delivery
• Order by 9th February

Express Delivery (UK only)
• Available until 20th February
• Orders placed after 9th February must select express shipping to be considered for Eid delivery

Unstitched Only (no stitching required)
• Order by 7th March

International Orders (Outside the UK)

Pret / Luxury Pret (Ready-to-Wear)
• Order by 2nd February

Stitched Orders
• Order by 22nd February
• Express shipping is not available for international orders

Important Information

• Orders placed after the applicable deadlines are not guaranteed for Eid delivery
• Late orders will be dispatched 3–4 weeks after Eid
• Once sourcing or stitching has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended
• Pret orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as these pieces are made on an order basis and production often begins immediately. Brands do not allow cancellations once production has started.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays during peak Eid season
