8. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment

Orders begin processing as soon as payment is received.
Because we operate on a sourced-on-demand model, items are secured from designers or suppliers shortly after an order is placed. This can happen within hours.
Order status updates shown online may not reflect internal steps such as sourcing, supplier confirmation, or preparation. These steps may take place before any dispatch notification is issued.
We are not required to send progress updates during processing. If you would like an update, please contact us by email. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Standard orders are delivered within 4-5 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production time, material availability, shipping constraints, or unforeseen delays.

During Eid season, specific timelines apply, which will be highlighted on the website.

Risk of loss and title of products pass to you upon delivery.

We are not liable for third-party shipping delays.

All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

International airspace closures

Airport shutdowns

Political instability

Customs inspections

Courier delays

Government restrictions
If such situations occur, delivery times may be affected. These external delays do not qualify as valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time when ordering for events such as Eid, weddings, or other occasions.

ZIIA shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, international courier disruptions, airline or airspace restrictions, customs delays, regional or international conflict, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, or other global logistics interruptions.
In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended until normal operations resume. ZIIA will continue to monitor shipments and make reasonable efforts to fulfil all orders as soon as the relevant logistics networks allow.
9.1 Express Shipping

Reduces standard shipping time to approximately 2-3 weeks.

Express shipping fees are non-refundable, except under exceptional cases at our discretion.

Delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control.

Customers can upgrade to express shipping at an additional charge, payable before dispatch.
10. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be authorised in writing before being sent.
A return address will only be provided once a return request has been reviewed and approved.
The shipping label address is not a returns address.
Items sent without prior written authorisation may not be accepted or processed.
11. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed and is usually not possible, as supplier commitments and costs may already have been incurred.
It is important to understand that cancellation eligibility is not based on dispatch status. Orders may already be secured, allocated, or in preparation before dispatch takes place.
Unstitched items are also sourced specifically for each order and are therefore not exempt from this policy.
If a cancellation is exceptionally approved after processing has begun, a cancellation fee may apply at our discretion.

If a cancellation is requested during production, a cancellation fee will be deducted to cover costs incurred.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.
- Changes to personal circumstances, including an event being postponed or cancelled, do not qualify as valid grounds for cancellation or refund once an order has entered processing.

As pieces are handmade, a 0.5-1 inch discrepancy may occur.
12.2 Colours & Designs

Product colours and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
12.3 Suit Descriptions

Descriptions are provided by the brands, and we are not responsible for omissions or misprints.
12.4 Custom Preferences

Customers may add specific preferences in the Notes section at checkout or contact us before placing an order.
13. Fraudulent Customers & Transactions

Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to, identity theft, unauthorised payment use, false claims, and chargebacks without valid reasons.

We reserve the right to investigate, report, and take legal action against fraudulent customers.

We implement fraud prevention measures such as identity verification and transaction monitoring.

Customers must provide accurate and legitimate details. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension or termination.
