Shipping policy
1. Standard Delivery

Unstitched items: Delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Stitched items: Delivered within 4-5 weeks.

Pret pieces (e.g., Faiza Saqlain, Agha Noor, etc.): Often made to order and may have longer delivery times. Timelines for these items are specified on their respective product pages. The Production time can take upto 8 weeks for some Pieces.

Eid Season: Special timelines apply and will be highlighted on the website.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as production schedules, material availability, and courier delays.
2. Express Shipping (For Urgent Orders)

Available for both unstitched and stitched items, reducing delivery time to approximately 2-3 weeks.

Not available for Pret pieces such as Faiza Saqlain, Agha Noor, or other made-to-order designer items.

Express shipping is non-refundable unless an exception is made.

Customers can upgrade to express shipping after placing an order. Extra charges apply and must be paid in advance.

Once the package is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided (if applicable).

Tracking availability depends on the destination and shipping method. If tracking is unavailable, we will provide the best possible shipment updates.
- Important: Customers must report any issues related to non-delivery, missing shipments, or delivery disputes within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or tracking update. This is necessary to allow us to initiate investigations with the courier services in a timely manner. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.
4. Order Fulfilment & Risk of Loss

Orders are fulfilled based on product availability.

Once the package is delivered, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
5. Shipping Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service issues.

Customs clearance procedures.

Unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather disruptions, or high shipping volumes.

We do not offer compensation for delayed deliveries.
- Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and may be affected by international logistics disruptions beyond our control.
Force Majeure & Logistics Disruptions
ZIIA operates internationally and relies on third-party couriers, airlines, customs authorities, and logistics providers to transport orders.
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

international courier disruptions

airline or airspace restrictions

customs inspections or clearance delays
-
regional or international conflict
-
strikes or labour shortages
-
natural disasters
-
global logistics interruptions
-
government actions or regulatory changes
In such circumstances, ZIIA shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by these external factors.
Orders affected by such events will continue to be fulfilled and delivered as soon as the relevant logistics networks resume normal operations.
By placing an order with ZIIA, customers acknowledge that international shipping timelines may be subject to disruption and agree that delays caused by events beyond our control do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or chargeback while the order remains in transit.
ZIIA will always make reasonable efforts to monitor shipments and provide updates where possible until the order reaches its destination.
6. International Orders & Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable fees for international returns.

If returning a non-faulty item, only the item cost will be refunded. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

These Terms & Policies may be updated from time to time to reflect operational requirements, regulatory updates, or to improve clarity. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
